Music & Emotions, Politics and Opinions

*Age: 15

*Location: L.A

*Gender: Female

*Gay, straight, bisexual, etc: Straight

*Are you a virgin: yeah

-What do you think of.....

*Gay Marriage: I'm very for it. I believe everyone should be allowed the same rights as everyone else and that people should not be penalized for being gay. I think that right now in America our idea of family values is very corrupt and screwed up, and I believe presidents (cough cough) wanting to limit people's freedom of matriomony is unjust and horrible.

*George W. Bush: Oh my fave subject...I could spend days discussing this moron. Well, needless to say I'm a hard-core liberal growing up in a liberal city in a liberal state. I believe our president is one of the worst presidents ever to be elected (and i use the term "elected" very loosely). No other president has lost 400,000 jobs EVER. I believe this war that we are fighting is unjust, unmoral, unhuman, and simply unnecessary. I say that strongly because I know someone who has fought in the war. I know someone who was shot in the foot and almost disabled. I know someone else who is there right now risking his life for this horrible man. "Strap him with an AK-47, let him go fight his own far, let him impress daddy that way...No more blood for oil, we've got our own battles to fight on our own soil!" Needless to say i feel very strongly about this topic.

*Racism: Racism is horrible, but in some places it is reality. I went to a private elementary school that was very undiversified. Then i came to my middle school and i wasn't racist, i was just ignorant. Now many of my friends are African-Americans and they are some of the most amazing people i've ever met.

*Stereotypes: I think we're all quick to judge and create these stereotypes and put people into little categories before we even know them. Once i was at a b-ball camp and i told this girl what school i go to. As soon as she heard the name she was like, "oh you must be really rich and really smart..." which really showed me first hand the effect of stereotypes and such.

*Ten favorite bands: Bright Eyes, the Shins, Elliot Smith, Rilo Kiley, the Mars Volta, the Beatles, Ben Folds, Ben Kweller, Death Cab for Cutie, Greenday, the Postal Service (sry that's 11)

*Three favorite songs: "When I'm Sixty-Four"-The Beatles, "Vienna"-Billy Joel, Tiny Dancer-Elton John
*Favorite Movies: Love Actually, Roman Holiday, Funny Face, Sabrina, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Mean Girls, Some Like it Hot, Sixteen Candles, Almost Famous
*Favorite Books: Something Borrowed, Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, America the Book, a Seperate Peace, to Kill a Mockingbird
*TV Shows: Gilmore Girls, America's Next Top Model, the OC, My super sweet 16 (oh i so want to be on that for my next b-day), Laker Games, Sex and the City reruns, Project Runway
